This Single Vineyard, Dijon clone Chardonnay opens with aromas of butter, vanilla, spice and pineapple. Inside, a creamy viscosity runs through layers of tropical fruit, barrel spice and acid. A long and seductive finish rounds out this gorgeous wine.

Like our reserve pinots, the Chardonnay doesn’t happen every year. Stylistically, this wine tends toward the direction of the California-style Chardonnays as opposed to the stainless steel Chablis model. In order to achieve the complexity required to pull this off, the fruit has to ripen to perfection which, in our climate, is far from a guarantee from year to year.
